岗位职责
I. FUNCTIONAL SUMMARY:
Be responsible for coaching and developing all sales & marketing personnel, and ensures that all Accuride SZ policies including the Accuride Quality Policy and Contract Review Procedures are followed, achieving/exceeding sales revenue goals, good customer satisfaction and growth of the China and Asia Pacific market.

II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES:

1 Prepare necessary plans, forecasts and budgets including personnel, sales revenue, and capital expenditures and operating cost.
2 Be responsible for achieving sales results and driving innovative and integrated sales initiatives.
3 Responsible for proactively identifying market opportunity, and providing leadership to ensure profitable revenue growth, increased market share and development of new solution selling competencies.
4 Be responsible for negotiating contract terms including volume, price schedules etc. in keeping with the corporate directions.
5 Assigns sales territories and goals to sales personnel, and provides appropriate support, guidance, corrective actions and discipline actions if necessary.
6 Review weekly/monthly reports covering all significant issues, including sales activity, new markets, customer or product opportunities or problem, personnel problem and competitor’s activities.
7 Understands and translates business strategy into sales and marketing initiatives, motivates, communicates and leads OEM sales team in effective execution of strategy.
8 Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
9 Performs other duties as required.

III. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
1. Bachelor degree in marketing or business and a strong understanding of sales and marketing,
2. Over 8 years sales experience, including a minimum of five years experience in sales management or similar position.
3. Hand-on experience in approaching multi-nationals and large account and possess a proven track record of developing and effectively implementing sales strategies, business concepts, business plans, forecasts, budgets and ultimately sales results.
4. Proven organizational design and process skills and be capable to optimize market condition, serve new types of customers and support and service new product solutions.
5. Must become familiar with all aspects of ISO 9001 and will require specific training depending on the customer base.
6. Must have a moderate level of technical aptitude in order to effectively communicate with customers and Accuride engineering on product and application requirements.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
1. Must be proficient in English both written and verbal.
2. Must have a high degree of integrity, ethics, reliability, motivation, organization, energy and enthusiasm.
3. Must know Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
4. Strong commercial and analytical skills.
5. Strong organizational and management skills.
6. Superior communication and presentation skills.
7. Strong negotiation skill.

EFFORT REQUIRED:
Unusual scheduling and working early and late hours are often required. Week-end travel and work are also some times required.

SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
This role requires a combination of office and field sales work. Travel requirements may reach 50% or more. Some international travel is possible.
