岗位职责
Analyze market requirements for multiple markets to understand country-specific off-highway industry issues with strong focus on sustainable solutions (political, technical, economic as well as legal trends and regulations) and drive strategic growth, especially in the context of establishing new business models • Identify, group, and prioritize market requirements and trends for RRPS mobile and stationary sustainable solutions in the context of new business models, growth strategies and marketing tools • Create and evaluate potential customer business cases taking influencing factors into consideration • Interact continuously and communicate pro-actively with sales organizations and with partners and stakeholders to create a relevant network that positions RRPS for upcoming market opportunities • Analyze/ assess the complexities of the off-highway market, deriving and building new, innovative business and revenue models • Produce concept, develop funding models, develop legal framework and contract base, implement goto-market strategy, map skills/capabilities, produce gap analysis for implementation planning • Participate in customer visits, events, trade fairs and conferences • Perform value analysis and evaluate performance in various scenarios • Input on strategic partnership options (such as M&A targets, JVs, financial services, etc.) • Responsible for piloting new business models (with negotiation mandate) and building business plan • Support strategic planning • Understanding of the business and regulatory environment • Create a relevant network to position us in upcoming market opportunities • Develop independent processes, techniques and KPIs to achieve goals and measure the impact and outcome of our implemented measures to introduce new service products, solutions, and payment model initiatives • Creation and sharing of best practice and case studies across the global sales and marketing organization • Develop a business intelligence function to measure the impact and result of our business development efforts • Confident in collaborating and negotiating with internal & external stakeholders and partners • Any other assignment from time-to-time
任职要求
Degree in business engineering / industrial engineering/ business administration or similar, preferably majoring in energy and/or electrical engineering, or comparable • Several years of career experience in sales, business development, product, or program management or comparable • Prior knowledge of sustainable off-highway markets, business model conceptualization, and product management of services • Good knowledge of distributed energy systems, ideally electricity storage systems, fuel cells, Power-toX, Energy-as-a-Service • Availability for frequent travel • Responsible entrepreneurial mindset, goal-oriented and like to take on challenges • Strong communication, interpersonal, and implementation skills • Hands-on mentality and love to get things done • Ability to take a highly customer-centered approach and communicate and work in a team • Excellent written and spoken English – knowledge of other foreign languages would be an advantage • Sound analytical skills coupled with an ability to think innovatively and take a structured and independent approach to work
