岗位职责
· Development and implementation of the Power Conversion System (PCS) for complex energy systems in both stationary and mobile application scenarios
· Studying and understanding the behavior of converters for transient loads
· System modeling with common modeling tools (e.g. Matlab/Simulink/Simscape)
· Performing HIL (Hardware in Loop) Test for simulation of all control system parameters
· Thorough understanding of Interfacing PCS with Other peripherals such as Li-Ion Batteries, Photovoltaics, and Fuel Cells
· Provide technical guidance into the Energy Storage Systems, Embedded Systems Design, Electrical Power System or Power Electronic Converters for businesses, and drive related component/system level simulation and experimental platform in kW-MW power range.
· Collaboration with different stakeholders to finalize functional requirements
· Prepare the technical documentation
· Understanding of Grid Codes for interfacing PCS with Grid and performing relevant control changes to fulfill local compliances and Standards

任职要求
Bachelor or master degree in Electrical engineering or related engineering discipline.
3-5 Years of Experience working on PCS selection, Designing and Modelling
Experiences on modelling and simulation of grid interface power electronic converters
Well versed with different PCS architectures (AC coupled, DC coupled, UPS etc.)
Hands-on experience with transferring simulating models into PLC code
Familiarity with different communication protocol and interfacing of PCS with other peripherals
Working experience on HIL for Power Electronic components, TYPHOON experience will be desired
Experience with grids-codes and their implementation, e.g. IEEE 1547, EU 631/2016, National Electricity Rules Version 121(Australia), CEI-016, VDE AR-N 4110, EN 50549-2/10
Assertiveness, negotiating skills and analytical working methods
Good written and spoken English skills
