1、海外市场销售目标的制定、策划、实施，带领海外营销团队实现年度销售目标；
2、海外（中国大陆及中国台湾以外地区）市场的开拓、宣传与推广；
3、海外展会的策划与组织；
4、海外市场的市场洞察、行业分析、友商调研、客户关系管理等；
5、公司全球战略布局（并购、设厂、合作、代理等）的调研、规划、建议等；

4. Understanding customers’ needs and identifying opportunity in the overseas market. Industry analysis, research on competitors and customer management.
5. Planning and ideas with global view of strategic marketing including mergers and acquisitions, factory establishment, cooperation and establish the agent.

任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，理工科、市场营销等相关专业；
2、10年以上市场、销售或者产品总监工作经验；
3、有光通信、光传感、半导体芯片等公司高管8年以上战略、产品、市场管理工作经验者优先；
4、市场感知能力，敏锐地把握市场动态、市场方向和应变能力，执行力强；
5、内外部协调沟通能力、统筹管理能力等；
6、长居海外，居住地为美国或者欧洲为佳；
7、能讲中文的华裔为佳；
1.Master’s degree or above, major in science, engineering, marketing and other related fields.
2.More than 10 years of experience as marketing, sales or product director position with direct responsibilities for all marketing activities.
3.Corporate executive with minimum 8 years of management experiences of strategic, product and marketing in the industry of optical communication, optical sensing, and semiconductor chips is preferred.
4. Be sensitive to market trend with flexibility and strong execution.
5. Internal and external coordination and communication skills, as well as management abilities.
6. Living overseas, preferably in the United States or Europe.
7. Ethnic Chinese is preferred.
